GoPlayPool.com (the website) and the FREE GoPlayPool App are geared toward the world of pool, snooker and billiards sports.  Features include a directory of pool halls, sports bars, taverns and bars (Establishments) that support the sport of cue sports, whether for recreation or competition.  Establishments can join the GoDeal$ Platform and enjoy marketing based on location for their Establishment. Other sections included are Events Flyers; a platform for "major" tournaments, nationally and/or internationally plus fundraisers and benefit tournaments, GoPlayPool 101, which is filled with drills, instructional material and videos. Plus, industry news and much more...

What is your mission/vision at GoPlayPool.com?
Our mission and vision at GoPlayPool.com is to provide players, fans, and the business-minded a place to find everything they might need that is pool and billiards related.  Whether you are looking for a tournament to play, or you just want to play a game and have a few cocktails, you can find it at GoPlayPool.com!  As avid fans of the sport, we are excited to offer a great platform for Establishments to promote their business and allow players to know of great places to play.  Our inspiration for this app was that there were rooms close to home with great equipment, good crowds and fun competition, but we didn't even know they were there!  This happens a lot, but with the age of technology, that no longer must be the case.

I don't have a smartphone.  How can I find the information that is on the app?
We've made the information on the app available on our website and mobile site for everyone's convenience.  The Establishments directory, GoPlayPool 101, and most of the other content on the app are available on our website.

I would like to link GoPlayPool.com on my blog, social media, company and/or personal website. How do I do that?
If you would like to provide a link to GoPlayPool.com on your blog or company or personal website, we offer embeddable links. Please let us know what size and what exactly you are looking for as far as a link/image goes and we will provide the information for you. We appreciate your interest in sharing GoPlayPool.com and The GoPlayPool App with your friends and family!

I am seeking donations for a charity tournament.  Does your company donate to events like this?
We are always determined to help not only our fellow players, but those in the communities around us.  We do offer charitable donations for certain causes, but the biggest contribution we can make is exposure to your event on the platform.  If you have information and/or flyers for your event, please share it with us via email and/or direct upload and we will promote your event in your local area for you free of charge of course! In the fashion you can reach all users in the surrounding location of your event and create more exposure.

I'm looking for sponsorship.  Does your company offer sponsorship to players for tournaments?
Currently, we are not sponsoring individuals.  If you are looking for donations for a charity event or fundraiser, please get in touch with us at [email protected].  We can't guarantee a donation, but we read each inquiry.  We pride ourselves on our contributions to the many charitable events we've been a part of.  We offer cash donations, product donations, and donate the use of our platforms to promote the events.

If you come across any issues on our platform that aren’t working, please help us fix the issue(s). The mobile application keeps crashing, freezing and/or has technical issues.  What can I do?
If you are experiencing issues with the mobile application, please contact us. Please do let us know about the specific error message you see, if any.  We strive to provide our users with an accurate and efficient product, but sometimes mistakes are made, or we have technical issues.  We will do everything we can to correct these problems so you can have a positive experience with The GoPlayPool.com App.

Create a detailed profile of your Establishment on The App.  Players and fans can find YOUR business on our Platform.  The app features a location-based service, so if they are in your area your Establishment, your offers and discounts, and your info will pops up.
They can find your tournaments through our Events Flyers section and on your profile on The GoDeal$ Platform, and find out about your loyalty programs, offers, specials, discounts, and so much more!  Because our Platform is geared toward services that Establishments like yours provides, you can be sure people will find your place of business because of GoPlayPool.com.

How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple!  If you are a Establishment owner, find out more today to take advantage of our Platform.

Establishments Listings

I would like to add my Establishment to the database.  How do I do that?
If you own an Establishment, but it is not listed on our Platform, you can add it on The GoPlayPool App under "Locations to Play U.S.A." section on the Home Page.  Once we've verified the location, we will add it to our directory so people can find your Establishment on our Platform.  We encourage you to join the GoDeal$ Platform as well and create even more exposure for your business. Signing up is easy, and once you've filled out the detailed Establishment Form, we'll have your profile up in no time!  It's affordable because it is FREE!!!

I need to edit my/or an Establishment Profile.  How do I do that?
All Establishment info is handled directly through The GoPlayPool App under GoDeal$ Platform.
You can also use "Edit" option under Directory Listings on the website and/or the app.

Are you expanding The Location Services passed The U.S.A.?
Yes, we are!
The Platform has the database for other countries and regions of the world. It is just a matter of time to go public with the listings.​

What is the Incentive Program?
We have a program in place to offer incentives to pool hall and bar owners.  It's a great way for companies within the pool, food and beverage services, clothing and other industries to increase exposure to their products and services, while offering pool halls and bars discounts on the items they provide. If you own a company and would like to offer your goods or services through our incentive program, please send your inquiry to [email protected].

I would like to promote a tournament I'm holding on the app.  How do I do that?
If you are having a charity event, annual tournament, monthly tournaments, and/or money added events, we will post your flyer for FREE on our mobile app, website and mobile site.
Use the “Upload Form” or “Email Form Option” from the “Events Flyers” section on the home page of The GoPlayPool App and we will take care of the rest.

How much does it cost to download the GoPlayPool App?
The GoPlayPool App is FREE!  It is available on Android/Google and iOS/iTunes. It is also accessible on Blackberry and Windows phones, and other mobile devices.

Are sections of The GoPlayPool App restricted?
There are "login" restrictions on some sections of the app. Please make sure you are logged in to use The GoPlayPool App in its full capacity.
